Did February Over-Perform or Under-Perform?

It's hard to believe that it is already the end of February! Sneaks up on us doesn't it.

I hope that February was an awesome month for you with lots of growth and moving towards your goals. Whether or not it was a great month, now is the time to look back and learn from what worked and what didn't work.

Don't keep blindly on the path without taking time to evaluate your progress and whether you need to make adjustments. I am a firm believer in the power of committing to a goal and pushing forward, but you also have to adjust strategies along the way. Be steadfast about accomplishing the end result, but be flexible about the exact steps to do that.

You should be making measurable progress each month if you are following the right strategy and using the right tactics. If you are building a list or online audience, then is that list bigger now than on January 31st? If you are trying to get into the routine of emailing your list more consistently, then did you send more emails in February than in January?

These kinds of measurements are things that you control. They are Activity Goals. It is harder to measure your progress by Results Goals, like how much money you made. That can vary considerably from one month to the next depending on lots of factors outside your control.

Look at the Activity Goals you have and see how you did in February. How will you adjust those for March? What changes will you make to make those new goals a reality?
